When I first came to the practice, I felt very comfortable. The compassion of the staff makes such a difference and I was very pleased. Dr. Cooper has a great bedside manner. He’s very knowledgeable. He’s also friendly, he has a ready smile, and that combination of qualities made me very comfortable. My overall experience was very good. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cooper to anybody in Richland, or even in the Tri-Cities, who is interested in having some oral and maxillofacial work done.
