I first came to Columbia Basin Oral Surgeons because my daughter had had a traumatic accident. We came in, and Dr. Teeples did a scan on her—an X-ray on her—and we discovered that her jaw was broken in three places. So to walk into this office and feel like we were going to be taken really good care of, and these people know what they’re talking about, was very reassuring to me. The staff has all been so warm and helpful. Dr. Teeples has really good bedside manner with my daughter. My top word to describe this office is professional. I think we’ll be long-time patients here, but I mean that in a really, really good way. It’s been very manageable, and things are much better.
