I was at my family dentist for approximately two and a half hours, and they finally determined that they did not have the proper tools to extract that tooth and sent me over here, and the entire staff here was pleasant. Greeted me—of course, I was in an emergency situation at the time, so they kind of handled me with kid gloves as I came in the door—and they got me through as quick as they could. Dr. Teeples was very professional, had a great bedside manner, if you will. Great place, great staff. I would definitely recommend Columbia Basin.
