When we had a consultation with an orthodontist, it was recommended that Kennedee have some teeth extracted, and in an attempt to have her have the best experience possible, I wanted to seek an oral surgeon to remove her teeth as opposed to just her regular dentist. All of the staff here are very warm. You can tell that is not the first time they've ever dealt with someone who is nervous. Even though it becomes routine for them, there's an acknowledgement that it's not routine for those of us who present as the patient. I appreciate Dr. Cooper speaking to Kennedee, not about Kennedee.
